Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru
When high schooler Mari, bumps into a fellow tardy student, she’s surprised to find out he’s a beastfolk who’s to attend her school! After all, it's not rare for beastfolk to coexist alongside humans, but it’s still uncommon, with the prejudice and all. Nervous to meet one at first, Mari soon learns there’s more to him than his furry exterior. In fact, the more she gets to know him, the more she finds herself drawn to him, his steadfastness, his kind-heartedness and body.
Lorsque Mari, une étudiante du secondaire, croise un camarade en retard, elle est surprise de découvrir qu'il s'agit d'un homme-bête qui va fréquenter son école secondaire ! Après tout, la coexistence des hommes-bêtes et des humains n'est pas rare, mais elle reste inhabituelle, avec tous les préjugés que cela implique. Nerveuse à l'idée de faire sa connaissance, Mari découvre rapidement qu'il est bien plus complexe que son apparence poilue. En fait, plus elle apprend à le connaître, plus elle se sent attirée par lui, sa constance, sa gentillesse et son physique.

This is just your basic contemporary teen romance with a racial tolerance theme; it's a little heavy-handed but the characters are likeable.

Very much a shoujo romance anime, with a furry twist. The characters are very much shoujo romance material, shy romantic girl, the aloof mysterious by suave male. Except the leading male is canine. Still even though formula, it has it's charm.
