Kao ni Denai Kashiwada-san to Kao ni Deru Oota-kun
Kashiwada and Oota are classmates at a junior high school. Oota is always thinking of pranks to surprise Kashiwada, but he always fails. Kashiwada likes to look at Oota, for he shows his emotions on his face too much. They look like opposite type of people, but they both care about each other. "Look, Oota is up to something..." Other classmates love to see the unique relationship between them.
Kashiwada et Oota sont des camarades de classe au collège. Oota imagine toujours des farces pour surprendre Kashiwada, mais il échoue systématiquement. Kashiwada aime regarder Oota, car il laisse trop transparaître ses émotions. Tween rom-com that's cute and silly. Seems like it's going to be a one-trick pony for the entire series though. The art is strangely lacking in detail, and the animation is pretty basic, using a lot of pans on static images. A budget comedy anime that's all about the character writing, using common, well-trodden gags. This feels like a slot filler on a TV network.

These are both pretty much one-note characters, which is fine for Kashiwada the quiet, but Oota the noisy got really annoying really quickly. I won't be looking for any more episodes of this one.
