Kentarou falls in love at first sight with Karen, a gorgeous schoolgirl, as he passes her in the street. When he discovers she lives at the dorm, he decides to live there too. But even though Kentarou thinks he only has eyes for Karen, he suddenly finds himself up to his eyeballs in beautiful schoolgirl neighbors!
