Nashiko Jippensha, a high school girl living in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, was in trouble after being kicked out of her house. She said, "I don't have a place to hang out with my friends..." When Naoko learned that the parlor that her father used to run was now vacant, she decided to rebuild it into a place where everyone could gather.
